2 month old poops

Hi!
I’m a first time mum and this is my first post on here. Looking for some thoughts and advice please šŸ˜‡ my 2 month old has had the habit of straining randomly through out the day without pooping from around 2/3 weeks old. Both the MW and HV had no concerns about this when I told them and said he’ll grow out of it. It’s still happening and I’m no longer what they’ve said is correct.
I changed his formula from SMA to Hipp Organic as SMA made him very constipated. Ever since he’s been on Hipp his poop has been a yellowy green and seedy looking. Now it seems to be mostly green and he’s still straining throughout the day but only pooping once or twice a day. On top of that he has moments of extreme fussiness around feeding time, and I’ve noticed every so often he’ll have a red spot or a couple that’ll appear on his face that then disappears randomly sometimes a few hrs later. It may just be myself being paranoid but trying to speak to my HV is like trying to win the lottery šŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ˜‚ could it be a health issue like CMPA or is it perhaps the formula that’s a problem, his poop was a yellowy/tan colour when on SMA.

I think that CMPA is definitely a possibility. Have a read of this from Allergy UK and see if any of the symptoms sound familiar Flowers
