Any pediatric dieticians here? A quickie

Firstly don't panic I'm not asking for medical advice.
I'm having trouble getting a second appointment for my 12 week old. The dietician I spoke to said she had a more accurate way of working out centiles. The chart in the red book is a rough guide but she's being weighed weekly so it's tricky to tell.
Do NHS dieticians use a specific centile calculator and is it accessible to the public? I've seen ones online claiming to be based on WHO but they don't necessarily match the red book.
The one I used yesterday indicted she is consistently dropping centiles. From 15th in month 1 to 3rd on last weigh. I just want to have my facts correct before speaking to her consultant again on Wednesday.
Thanks!

She maybe referring to length measurement to. My children were under a paediatric dietitian and there weight and length/height centiles were always calculated at each appointment.
