Chicken pox or not??

I've had conflicting opinions hence my post.

This has appeared on my 18 month old's tummy today. Does this look like chicken pox?

First glance I would of said no, but second glance I'm not quite sure.
Is she OK in herself? Anymore anywhere else?

Could be - but actually DD3 has something that looked similar and that ended up being roseola. Need to see how it progresses really
