Does this sounds like appendicitis

11 year old boy. Woke up being sick.

constant sickness every 30 mins until around 4 o’clock. Thought it was the usual stomach bug.

about 4 o’clock got a temperature, red cheeks, pain on his right hand side (more in his back than is front)

What did they think it was op?

So he ruled out appendicitis

But he would have said what he did think the issue was…

They said it’s hard to say. Probably a viral infection. Tested urine and that was okay, blood sugars were fine.
