Is it normal

Dd2 is 11 very nearly 12. Shes expressed concern about a blue patch on her chest. Its been decades since I was at that stage and dd1 was far more private about her body than dd2 is. Is it normal for veins and developing chests to be so, blue?

( reguar poster, cubes of poo, t rex in asda etc not asking for details of your children just a yes or no )
