Start of chicken pox?

Does this look like it could be start of chicken pox? One on the left looks like a skin tag (which is new and a few more like this on his leg) The one of the right is very red. I know someone was off with chicken pox in his class.

Google molluscum contagiosum these look like that to me

I've death with molluscum contagiosum before with my youngest son, this seems different to me. I guess time will tell.

No, it looks like a red skin tag.

Ok, thank you. Seems like he has had about 4/5 skin tags appear randomly over the last couple of weeks. Is this normal? He's 7 and his dad does have some skin tags so runs in the family.
