Nasal flaring in 4 month old

I’ve noticed it from very early on, I can’t say when from but she’s done it from at least 1 month old. She hasn’t had any illnesses, she was born with meconium in her lungs. I got injected with a steroid 3 months before she was born to make her lungs mature quicker so I doubt it’s a lung development issue.

she does have bogeys often, every time I look up her nose she has a white glob 😬 :/ gross!

When we went to the hospital a month ago, they checked her oxygen saturation level, it was 95%. Apparently any lower than that is concerning and that’s the lowest it can go before they have concerns.

are there any innocent, non-concerning reasons why my baby might flare her nostrils? it isnt constant
