Chickenpox scars - help

Has anyone got any recommendations to help fade/get rid of chickenpox scars? My 6 year old niece had them in the summer and she's left with a number of scars. Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

The scars will fade over time. Also as she grows the scars don't grow so they become (relatively) smaller in comparison to the rest of her skin.

Time will fade them, honestly. Teen DS had huge craters as he was covered in spots but there is only one visible now on his back, although if she was out in the sun whilst she had the scabs that does make the scars worse so it may take longer/not fade as well.

You could try bio oil, that is supposed to help with scars but it’s a daily massage of each scar with it.

They fade. One or two might stay - I have one right between the eyes and I’m quite fond of it 😄
