Viral infection

My 7 year DD is poorly since Wednesday
Took her to the GP in Wednesday & was told is a viral infection

She hasn't eaten anything (food since Wednesday - last meal was Tuesday night)

Only sips of diluted apple juice & some haribos but only had 1 harribo today & vomited it ( she vomited 3 X already today)

I am wondering if there is anything I can do at all.

I am worried she looks very weak and full which I guess is expected because she's not well but I am very worried.

I would take her to the doctor's if there is any worsening over the weekend. Out of hours GP.

Also, try and encourage her to take fluids even small sips like she has been.
