Is this a lip tie?!

Does my baby have a lip tie? I tried breastfeeding her and she never latched properly/ for long. I tried for 30 mins and all she would do was scream her head off and when she did finally latch she only latched for 30 seconds maximum

I dried up and had to exclusively give her formula from birth because of this. I did pump but it got too much for me.

I’m going to be so mad if she has a lip tie because when I spoke to the lactation team about her feeding issues, they ”checked” for ties and said she’s all good.

Hmm, I wouldn't like to say from the picture as it's not extremely clear.
Is it difficult to move the lip?
Is she feeding OK from bottle or does she struggle?
I'd advise getting in to the GP to raise any concern you have and they can check, or maybe your regular HV for a 2nd opinion.
