On and off fever and vomiting

Hello all I hope that someone can help as my daughter's pediatrician is on strike (Spain) and I can't get an appointment on the phone or face to face.

So, my daughter (7)for the past three weeks has had episodes of vomiting then nothing for 2 or three days then vomits again. Last Monday she had a fever of 38.5 for two days, vomited that day then stopped now she has a really bad cough.

Same thing is happening to my son (5). He'll vomit then be fine and this week he's had a high temp 38.3 then fine and today his temp is high again..in my 7 years of raising kids I've never seen the like of this. Normally it's a bout of fever and vomiting for a few days and at least they get a break after that, but at the minute they are getting sick a couple of days later.

My daughter has barely eaten this past few weeks but is well hydrated as is my son. Sorry if this is badly explained/written. I'm sleep deprived!

Thanks so much in advance for any help you can give

My dd had this and it went on for a month. She's 7 and I'd never seen anything like it also. I had to take her to the GP as it went on too long, they did bloods and stool cultures X3 plus urine sample. It was bizarre. Hope they are on the mend soon.
