Self gratification

Hi my now 14month old has been doing this stiff thing since she was 3 months old we was told that it was self gratification, however she doesn’t do it when we took away cows milk?? It looks like she’s having a spasm but comes out of it in 10 seconds or so. Does anyone have any advice please ?

Cows protein can cause acid reflux, which can cause Sandifer syndrome. Maybe look into silent reflux and see if any other symptoms match and talk to your GP
