Flu vaccine - GP has run out

Hello, looking for advice please.

I just rang the GP to get DS 3 booked for his flu vaccination, but they have run out of vaccine and don’t know when they will get more in. The receptionist also couldn’t tell me what else I could do to get his vaccination.

Does anyone know what I can do? A quick google suggests pharmacies don’t do the vaccine for under 18s so I’m a bit stumped. Thanks in advance.

Can you ask health visitor (sorry not sure if they still exist?)

Ahh man I’d forgotten they exist too, they vanished without a trace at the start of lockdown 1 when DC was tiny and never reappeared! I'll give them a try, thanks for the suggestion
