Spots on DDs face

Hi can anyone help? I have done a doctors e consult but god knows when they'll be in touch.

DD has had these spots on her face for 3 days. My first thought was maybe chickenpox, but theyre no where else on her body.
I need to go out but don't want to take her incase she's contagious.

Could they be bites ? Are they itchy ? CP is the most obvious thing, and some children do only have a few spots - did they start as blisters ?
How is she feeling ?

Thank you for your reply. No, not itchy, she's fine in herself, currently running around laughing!
That started as just small spots, ones got bigger but there's no crustiness or anything.
