Poor sleeping since jabs

Hi - prior to his 8 week jabs my baby was waking up once or twice a night, but in the week since he’s had the jabs he is waking for milk 4 or 5 times a night. Can anyone who has experienced similar tell me how long this is likely to last, or if it’s just a coincidence? The nurse wasn’t particularly helpful when I asked and it’s making me nervous for his next immunisations if it’s going to have
