PIC TO FOLLOW

I wonder if somebody could help please, my 3 month old has 2 white lumps / spots on the tip of his penis.

They’re not smegma (as google would suggest), they’re almost under his skin, raised & round. He only had one that I noticed around 6 weeks & didnt think much of it but now another has popped up so wondering what on earth they could be.

Don’t seem to be bothering him but my anxiety is through the roof thinking of all sorts of nasties!

My first thought was calcium spots? My husband and son have them under their eyes, but no where else! Could it be thrush? I would mention it to your health visitor

It's a bit hard to see where they are in the photo . Is he circumcised? If he is not, do you mean by under the skin they are inside his foreskin and you have to retract it to see them or on his foreskin. Just need to know what part of his penis they are on.
