DD (3.5) had a mild cold and fever earlier this week. She was fine last couple of days. She woke up this morning complaining of feeling a bit pukey. She played a little while and went back to bed. 2 hour nap later came down happily, ate a snack but complained of a funny tummy again. This has happened 3 times now, she has no fever . She has been drinking and weeing when awake. Should I call 111 as this feels very odd?
