Ok so this is the first time this has happened but my daughters poo smelt like vomit this evening. It was quite a big poo and very soft but not diarrhea. She's been fine in herself so far. Shes 27 months old. She does have slightly red cheeks so was wondering about teething but concerned it's an allergy, although she hasn't eaten differently. Also worried about a stomach bug as I'm emetophobic. She has been home with me for the last 2 weeks though and never goes to nursery. She has two other siblings who go to school. One was sick 8 days ago but only once and was fine in himself so assumed he'd eaten too much that day. Any ideas?
