Anyone know what these marks are please?

My DD6 has a few of these on her arm and one on her nose.
They are flat and look like a cluster of tiny blood vessels with a red middle.
I've tried to Google but can't find anything that fits.
Don't know if it's warrants a GP visit.

My DD4 has one, she's had it nearly 2 years, broken blood vessel I was told.

Never seen one before!

Spider nevus? I had lots as a child, they disappeared slowly after puberty with no lasting marks.
