My wee boy (21mo) developed a temperature overnight, 39 odd degrees at its peak. I’ve been alternating calpol & ibuprofen which is bringing it down but a wee while before the next dose it’s back to being sky high. Is this normal? Just keep giving the medicine or should I seek advice? It’s only been 12hrs or so but wee guy is really struggling bless him. Off his food and water but still having milk, loads of milk actually. No rash or anything. TIA
