DD refusing to eat 4 days after gastro

DD (6yrs) had gastro on Saturday night and vomited 20 times in 8 hours, poor thing. She's stopped vomiting, but she's completely lost her appetite. It's now Thursday, and more than 4 days since she stopped vomiting and she still won't eat more than a couple of crackers during the day :( Has anyone else's kid had something similar? How long did it take for them to get their appetite back? DD is skin and bones and it's so worrying...

What is her favourite thing to eat? I would bribe her with whatever she likes most, just until she gets her appetite back. My nephew was poorly recently and SIL was giving him these milkshakes but GP said to avoid dairy after a stomach bug. Make sure she’s drinking lots still and encourage eating little and often
