It’s in a capsule. They are tiny but he’s so scared of gagging and thinks they’re huge. He won’t let me dissolve the contents in juice. I’m stumped! Any tips welcome, hes14.
thank you!

Get him to practice with a tic tac first
Sports bottle type to drink from can help
Mouthful of water, then the capsule then more water and get him to just keep swallowing until it's gone

Ask for it to be prescribed in liquid form. After years of struggling with medication this is what I do.

Get him to take a small gulp of water and hold it in his mouth. Tilt his head back, put the pill in and then swallow. It shoudl float down with the water and he'll barely feel it. That's what I do to swallow horrible massive supplement pills I need to take. If I put the pill in my mouth then take water, I gag but if the water goes in first, the pill seems to float to the back of the throat quite easily.

In ice cream, it just sort of slides down as it melts a bit

Thank you all! He’s a stubborn wotsitsit, so I’m going to have to ask if they do liquid. As suggested by 40and fit didn’t know you could do that. thank you all!
I’ll eat the ice cream then😀
