6 year old DS blood in stools

Hi there, my 6 year old DS has recently started having blood in his stools, heโ€™s grown up (to the age of 6!๐Ÿ˜‚) with a cows milk allergy and egg allergy, with the cows milk being classed as negative today on the skin prick test, and he is on the milk ladder, he has always had loose stools and from my knowledge, has never experienced constipation so not currently thinking a fissure

We discussed the possibility of coeliac disease today but decided against screening yet as he doesnโ€™t have tummy pains etc and eats a lot of gluten/wheat, although has always seemed pale with dark circles under his eyes, this we have always put down to his allergies

Just wondering if anyone has had some similar experience with their little ones? Itโ€™s looking likely that he may end up needing an endoscopy which is concerning but obviously the biggest concern is something sinister health related

thanks so much for any help xx

Hello - has he had a stool test yet? If so that really needs to be the next thing to rule out any gut inflammation
