So my daughters 14 weeks old. She started with sickness from birth and was on aptamil. She had a choking episode at 4 weeks old and stopped breathing. She was prescribed loranzapole. She has a 15mg tablet discolved in 5ml of water and has 1.5ml of the solution. This took around 10 days to work/till she was more settled but was still been sick. She was then put on aptamil pepti 1 for CMPA. This also stil made her sick, her nappies were very mucousy, very bad skin. She then got put on neocate formula. She was fine with this, skin cleared up, nappies have been regular but was still slightly sick (nothing like she had been) the consultant rang for her check up and said because she’s been sick to up her dosage to 2ml of loranzapole. Since then she’s been projectile vomiting. I lowered it back down to 1.5 after 4 days. It’s now been 7 days back on 1.5ml and she’s still projectile vomiting. We were at the hospital yesterday who did gas blood test- normal. Urine sample- showed white blood cells, sent off to be tested. Nothing else has been said about the sickness just to carry on with 1.5ml. I’m lost, I’m stuck. Why is she stil been sick so much? Has any one experienced this? Has any one trialed there little one with out it to see if that helped? I’m at my whitts end 😳. Sorry for the long post. (Her sick is very stringy, slimy, some times just clear water comes up)
