Tiny bruise on DS cheek

My DS woke up with a tiny bruise on his cheek last Saturday morning. I guessed he'd probably lay on his dummy and it might have pinched his skin.
But it's still there a week later 🤔

He is absolutely fine in himself and I haven't seen another other tiny bruises come up anywhere else (pictures below)
Anyone know what this could be?

Could it be a bite or a blocked pore?

It it pinched his skin, could be a blood blister

Sometimes bruises do take a week or two to fade away, especially if the bruising is deep. Maybe he bashed himself on something pointy ? It does look like a normal small bruise, so I wouldn’t worry. I had an almost identical one on my thigh a couple of weeks ago, no idea how I did it, but it has taken over a week to go.

I'm really not sure he just woke up with it last week on the Saturday morning. It doesn't seem to be causing him any pain or bother.
But it's not gone, it's still there. And not even faded or gone yellowy like normal bruises do when they start to go.
Strange
