My 2.5 year old has been very upset this week. She was refusing to let us change her nappy and was extremely irritable. I put this down to teething as she is getting her last molars.
But in the last 2 days I have noticed her wincing and kind of clenching her legs together like she's in pain down there. This evening she said "my bum bum sore because my wee not coming out properly". Those were her exact words. No temperature. Her bum is a bit red. Could this be a uti?
