10 week old baby congested after night feeds

Hi,
I would appreciate some advice as I'm worrying and diagnosing all sorts!

Basically, my almost 10 week old baby has had on/off congestion on a night more or less since birth. It is always after feeding - if I put her down on her back she is fine for about 5 minutes then starts making these awful raspy/throaty noises and sometimes sounds like she's struggling to breathe. I mentioned it to the HV, who has not been very helpful all the way along, and she just said to wind her. At the GP check up, they said her chest was fine and make sure to wind her as it could be a bit of reflux. It had started to get better the last couple of weeks but the last two nights she has woken every hour with it.

From googling, I've also tried keeping her upright after feeds which generally helps, I've bought some Calpol saline solution (although think that's more for snotty noses and don't know if it will help) and ordered one of those wedge things to raise the end of her cot.

I was wondering if it sounds like reflux to anyone or something else? She is only sick a bit every few days and not much. She has hiccups every day but doesn't seem in pain or arch her back or anything. she prefers being held upright over the shoulder.

Please throw any suggestions at me as it's starting to really concern me now and is affecting her sleep and I can't get a GP appt until next week.

Thanks in advance,

Tired first time mum!

Sounds like reflux or CMPA I would say. HV might be better to advise than GP.
