Weird rash (pic)

Hello,

My 3.5 year old son has a temperature since yesterday which is coming down with calpol but bouncing around 38.5. He's a bit snotty so have attributed it to a cold.

But....I've just noticed a weird 'rash' on his thigh that actually looks like a burn, it's very pink with white areas and blisters. It's definitely not a burn as I've been with him and can't imagine how that could have occurred without me knowing.

I've attached a photo, does anyone recognise what it might be?

Looks like an allergy type rash, hives. A reaction to something. Have you got any piriton?
