Hi all
I have 3 children of my own and guardianship of my nephew who's 3. All 3 of my children have always shown signs of when going for a poo, whether they went and hid or the typical facial expressions! The 3 year old shows no signs what so ever and can't even tell you when he's been, he's a very good talker so he's able to communicate. If you ask him he'll say yes even when he hasn't, and will happily stay in the dirty nappy if we wernt to notice/check/smell.
All children are different I get that but I find this unusual 🤷♀️
