Any thoughts on what this might be? I saw he had one spot yesterday and this is today. No spots anywhere apart from his face. He says they don’t itch. It looks more like teenage acne than chickenpox or anything so I’m a bit baffled.
He had a cold a week ago with a mild fever one evening. He is quite prone to temperatures so I wasn’t too worried.
Seems well in himself now.
