Is this chicken pox?

My DD is just 2, had a brief high temperature last Monday then developed spots on her face and legs mainly last Tuesday. She has been a bit grumpy on and off but her appetite hasn't changed and she's just as energetic as usual. The spots are very small and are healing but then more come. She rubs her hands together as if they are itchy and has wanted to remove her clothes which makes me think the spots are itchy, she hasn't scratched though.
Does this look like chicken pox?

Hi, just wondering if this was chicken pox. DD has exactly the same rash

Doesn't look like chicken pox to me (and it would be unusual for the pox to be on legs before torso). If you wait 24 hours it will be very obvious if it is the pox.
