Help please, my little one has been complaining of tummy aches every now and then and feeling sick in the mornings. Could be totally normal for his age (4yrs) so I didn’t think much of it. But then this morning I found this at his bottom (see photo). Do you think this is a worm? Doesn’t look like the typical threadworm who I think are white? It could just be dirt of course. Thanks all :)
