Possible covid symptoms?

On Friday my 6 year old woke up with a bit of a scratchy voice but otherwise fine, she was a little quiet yesterday but mostly acting her usual self until evening when she almost fell asleep in her dinner. She came into bed with me in the middle of the night with a temperature (not hugely high about 37.7 but it won't go down even with medicine) and a cough. She's woken up today with no voice whatsoever, very lethargic (has only watched TV all day which is unlike her), again fell asleep on the sofa at around dinner time and is coughing non stop now. I need to try and get us some lateral flow tests obviously but does this sound like covid? She's also been very thirsty, and I think she's had some diarrhoea but that could be due to the fact she's got a low grade temperature so she's drinking more.

Covid has so many symptoms now that it is impossible to know without testing. Might be, might be one of many other bugs, colds and anything else. You might as well ask us to predict the future.
