Baby has rash/spotty cheeks

My 7 month old has had spotty cheeks for about a month now. It becomes really quite inflamed at some points throughout the day. Other times you can't see it as much unless you're looking. The spots look like they can be popped and some are very sore looking.

Anyone had anything similar? I know babies can get acne but that's usually when they are a few weeks old.

I have added a photo but it doesn't really reflect how red it can get

Could be eczema?

Could be eczema?

I didn't think of that possibility

Hello - yes after trying every cream and steroids etc under the sun, we saw another doctor who said it’s definitely not eczema, it’s keratosis Pilaris which is not curable. It causes bumps like those in the pic and is usually found on the cheeks, tops of arms and tops of thighs.
it doesn’t affect them it’s just more about how it looks which I’m obviously not bothered about. A few doctors I’ve seen since have also said it’s the same and not eczema.

Thank you so much for replying. I’ve been doing some research and came to this conclusion myself actually. It’s weird, some days it looks worse than others. Has it got any better with time?

It differs really I’m trying to identify triggers to it becoming inflamed. It doesn’t get as bad as that picture I posted though. It’s bad in cold harsh weather. It has spread as it was only on her cheeks and is now tops of her arms and tops of thighs a little bit.
ive been told she will just grow out of it but I’m not sure as it doesn’t seem to be reducing at all.
im currently using a cream containing urea as I’ve read that this can help
