Kendamil anti colic milk

My son is suffering with Constipation And colic and possible reflux he’s on the original kendamil milk with colief drops he’s made improvements but he’s still straining and crying he is having Watery stools and passing every 1 or 2 days and he’s still having tummy problems I’m going to try him on the Kendamil Anticolic and constipation formula Can I still use the Colief drops with this formula

Hi! I just started the Kendamil anti-colic today. You won’t need to put the colief in the anti colic version as the colief helps reduce the lactulose in the formula and the formula itself is already partially hydrolised so it’s the same thing. A quick Google says its not advisable to add colief to comfort milk (which is essentially what the anti colic milk is)

my baby’s been on the anti colic for 24 hours now, mainly for wind and constipation issues. The wind seems if anything a bit worse but I’ve read this is normal whilst she adjusts, but her constipation seems better already!

I thought exactly the same with regards to mixing Colief drops with comfort milk but I’d spoken to a doctor today and she said it was fine but I don’t think she had much Knowledge I was discussing possible reflux and she offered to Prescribe a thickener for my sons anti colic milk I declined because I thought it would make his milk to thick did I do the right thing am not sure
