He's had this spot below his mouth since Saturday, this picture is today. I also noticed this spot on his back yesterday. He's vaccinated so unlikely but it's doing the rounds in his school so I had a good look. Nothing new overnight!

It's not a terribly clear photo but it's not chicken pox, possibly impetigo/something fungal?

Is there any more spots today, if these photos are today, I still say I don’t think it looks like chicken pox, spots are usually very red. Looks more like a sore under lip, have you got some sudacream to help clear it up.
