My son who is 16 year old and he shaking hes head and hands and blinking his eye to may time. he is very disturb. also he feel itching in his eyes. what is the issue?

He is 16. Take him to the dr and let him explain what is troubling him? Or in case if he can't, you can still take him with you and explain the symptom for him?
