Is this CMPA rash or baby acne?

Hi all. DS is nearly 3 months old. He is VERY sicky (vomits or spits up after every feed), but apart from that has no other symptoms of CMPA apart from he gets these spots/rash on his face every so often?

I thought it was baby acne at first but now I'm not sure. It's a lot redder in real life.

Has anyone with a beard or stubble been kissing him/playing with him? That looks similar to my little one. I was worried until I realised it was related to DH's beard!

I'm sure that's what it is. I'm looking at the exact same beard rash right now. Time to get some stubble conditioner
