If your 7 year old had a dodgy tummy (no sickness just one weird poo and a bit of a tummy ache) would you give liquid gaviscon if not prescribed
I'm guessing bad idea

No, Gaviscon is for heartburn, children don’t usually suffer with this. Calpol is best for pain and keep an eye on poo.
