Itchy bumps and vomiting

DC1 was vomiting on Thursday and Friday. DC2 vomiting yesterday. Both children now have itchy red bumps on their bodies, as pictured. Are the two things related? If so, what is it?

They look like bites. Would they keep down some antihistamines ?

Thanks for replying. I don’t think I could drag them out to the shops tbh! May give the pharmacy a go tomorrow if they don’t go down…
