Baby & awful rash

Hi all, my 10 mo has quite a nasty rash around his mouth and nose, it's red and looks a little sore this morning.

Can anyone recommend anything I could use on it? 😭

Google Impetigo and see if it’s that.

Thank you. I just did. It doesn't look like that. It looks a little like eczema but with a few red spots around 🙈

Eczema can come up like little red spots in babies (well, it did in mine). Epaderm was recommended by our doctor and works really well

Then sudocrem if the skin looks cracked to ward off infection - sudocrem might sting a bit though, so I'd only use that if you have to
