Does anyone know what this could be?

Does anyone have any idea what these are on DS - 9 years old - arms & legs? There’s quite a few of them either singularly or like the cluster. I’m mainly concerned about the very red one as it’s hot to the touch. He’s had chickenpox but I don’t think it’s that anyway. No one else in the home has them so not sure it’s bites? Unless from school? Any thought please.

I think I would ask someone to look at that. The red one looks infected. I wonder if he’s been bitten by a spider and the other hives are a reaction to it.
You could draw around the red patch with a pen so you can see if it spreads. Is he well in himself?

Thank you, I’ve taken his temp & that’s normal, seems fine in himself. I will draw a pen line around the red one, there’s a couple like it. I don’t know whether to worry I should be worried about cellulitis? Like I say he seems fine in himself.

Are you near a pharmacy? You could try showing it to a pharmacist and see what they think?

Could be Impetigo.
