Hi fellow moms out there,
my 5 year old has decayed front teeth (just on the sides of the two middle front upper teeth. I brush his teeth everyday since he has his teeth grown. Does this happen to anyone ? I feel a bit deficient as a mom as I don’t know why it happens. Especially when you see other kids teeth are perfectly white and healthy ☹️☹️ Thanks for any tips or comment in advance

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Have you seen a dentist?
What foods/drinks do they have?
There could be an issue with the enamel or it could be food/drink related which is why its best for a dentist to be involved

Did you not brush them when they were emerging? That's a classic place to be caused from a bottle

So might be damage from falling asleep with a bottle as the teeth were emerging, not anything you have done since. My bottle fed kids have less good teeth than their breastfed sibling

Sounds a bit like 'baby bottle mouth'
Do you use toothpaste with fluoride?
Are teeth being brushed before bed?
