What is this rash?

14 month old DS has come out in this rash

He's clingy/unsettled and has a runny nose but no high temp and eating/drinking ok.

Any ideas what it could be?

I would mess around, i would take straight to A&E

Have you pressed on the rash with a glass? Does the colour go or remains purple? Is the 1st pic a knee? Looks like an allergy to something, but the others- no idea. Chicken pox is going around- but this doesn't look like a normal chicken pox vesicle.

I agree- speak to 111 or see GP.
