Hard lump? Or teeth?

Hi all,

My 16 week old (12 weeks corrected) has this weird lump I've felt under his gum.

He has been teething but it seems way too far down to be teeth. I can't really remember where my 3 year olds came through!

Any ideas?

Looks like a tooth coming in to me.
My son for his first at 3 month
