Sick again after 48 hours clear?

Looking for advice.

4 year old was sick on Thursday afternoon up until midnight. Slowly restarted food on Friday and seemed back to normal yesterday. Still not eating a huge amount but didn't want to push it.

Tossed and turned a lot last night while in bed with us, generally she'll do this if her stomach is bothering them but settled back to sleep and was fine.

Fast forward to this morning, sleepier than normal (slept in which is unusual) and went to lie in her own bed where she was sick again when I tried to give her something sweet (thinking her blood sugar might be low after the last few days).

She's asked for food and drink almost straight away which I'm taking to be a good sign and has been given a bowl of dry cereal to work on.

Has this just been the last of the bug clearing out? Or has the dinner last night irritated her stomach? It was half of a burger (meat only) and a waffle. Great cuisine I know but went for some protein after a lot of beige carbs!

With her being sleepier than usual she's obv fighting something.
My son was sick when he had a UTI, we didn't have a clue this was the reason as no complaints of pain etc.
is she drinking enough?

That tiredness lifted after eating and drinking today. She's currently chasing her sister around the other room!

She hadn't had a lot over the past few days so we've been prioritising water today and trying to tempt her into eating but she's understandably not feeling like eating much.

Going to see about getting a GP appointment tomorrow (thankfully in Scotland so not a bank holiday here!) as she's had a handful of sickness episodes but nothing like this.
