Unexplained Abdominal Pain for almost 5 years.

Hello Everyone,
My dad wrote a post here a few years ago about my pain and if anyone can help and everyone had amazing ideas and i thought i might as well write one myself and see if anyone has any ideas.
For 4 years i have had unexplained and constant pain in my abdomen. What started as lower right side pain in 2018 has now transcribed to upper right and left and also lower right and left pain, as well as other symptoms.
It all started when i was violently sick in a car and the seatbelt dug into my stomach with force. I was sick due to extreme pain the day before getting in the car, there was something definitely wrong on that day and i have never experienced pain like it.
My symptoms as of today are:
Whole abdomen pain. Like completely from just under breast bone to my pubic bone. The lower pain is significantly worse than upper pain linking me to believe that the upper and lower pain may have different causes but cannot be sure. In my lower abdomen, i have constant tense muscles (like someone is tying knots in my abdominal musces), extremely painful aches, and sharp stabbing pains almost like ive been stabbed and someone is twisting the knife in the wound. It also feels like my bladder is pushing down on my uterus, my uterus is pushing down on my cervix and so on, so forth. In the upper stomach, i get very painful palpitations almost? like something is stuck and trying to wiggle itself free? not sure if that makes sense but i dont know how to explain it. My belly is constantly swollen to the point i have been called pregnant by strangers and is always so sensitive to touch. I havent been able to burp or fart more than once or twice a year for the entire duration of my pain.
Other than this every day pain, i also get extremely painful episodes (i call these strains) where i cannot stand up straight at all. These can be caused by anything as small as taking to much of a big breath or taking to big of step. My lower abdominal muscles almost lock in place and i cant walk and going to the toilet is unbearable however each time i go to the toilet during a strain it gets less and less painful each time i go until i can eventually stand up straight again 1-3 days later.
I do not know what to do, i have had countless blood, urine and stool samples all coming back borderline. I have had vaginal swabs which come back saying i have repetitive thrush. I also have the gene for Lupus? but apparently thats nothing according to the GP.
Over the years i have had ultrasounds (none of which have been conclusive as ive had way to much gas in my belly, and they could never touch my belly properly as any touch is agonising) one xray which came back basically clear other than faecal matter in my upper abdomen, an endoscopy which came back clear and a laparoscopy which came back clean. For some reason every "doctor" ive seen refuses to give me an MRI or CT scan even though these, in my opinion, are the only things that will show anything. The doctors are adamant its "in my head" but i keep fighting it as im 100% sure there is something physically wrong, even my pain councillor told me that she doubts its Pain signals getting messed up as people who have that problem are much more able to adapt to the method of healing.
So im completely stuck, in constant pain, unable to have a period anymore because the gynaecologist told me to take the contraceptive pill back to back for 3 months then have a period and repeat (this is because the week before and the week after my period are unbelievably painful almost leaving me bed bound,) trying to start college in September but barely able to walk around the block let alone a 6 hour day and receiving no help from the NHS. Been referred to gastro in January this year and gynaecology again last month but just get told to wait my turn. Been on every medication under the sun and now just take 2 buscopan and 2 paracetamol whenever i feel a bit extra pain.
Any ideas or help or even just some words of support would be highly appreciated.

I had mystery pain in my side. I have a mild scoliosis (bend in my spine) - I took up yoga and the pain eventually disappeared . Even if it isn't the cure you need it is good for fitness, good to straighten your spine, good for calming breathing and could be worth a try.

Has anyone explored endometriosis?

going to the toilet is unbearable however each time i go to the toilet during a strain it gets less and less painful each time i go until i can eventually stand up straight again 1-3 days later.

When you say going to the toilet, do you mean a bowel movement?

thanks for the question! yes i had the laparoscopy for endo and gynaecologist said couldn’t see anything wrong so, their pretty sure it’s not that.

Have you been tested for Heliocabacter? DD had this as a child, undiagnosed for years, and it was crippling but strong antibiotics sorted it out.
