Omega 3 that kids will take

user1490025201 · 25/08/2022 16:48

My kids have been taking the Haliborange omega 3 and multivitamin softies. But I have just realised the omega 3 in it is ALA omega from flaxseed (so inefficient to turn into DHA and EPA omega). Is anyone using a good DHA/EPA omega 3 for kids that their kids will take? A lot seem to have a taste kids dislike. The softies we were taking were ideal as the kids loved the (as they tasted sweet).

Any recommendations appreciated!

We use the omega 3 jelly bears from Holland & Barrett (probably also sold elsewhere). God knows if it's ALA or DHA though.

You can use Barlean's Seriously Delicious Omega Pals for a child healthcare.

Apokra Omega Kids.
Orange flavoured drops & no fishy taste as they're vegan.
DS loves them and H&B stock them.
