Rash on toddler

Hi,

My 18mo has developed this rash today. Any ideas on what it could be?

Disappears under a glass
No temperature
Not scratching it
Fine in herself
Eating & drinking as normal

Nothing else at all to suggest she feels unwell

The photos aren't the best, but the marks are flat to her skin and mainly on her thighs, but on her arms and back a little bit too

Have you changed washing powder etc?

Has she ate anything she doesn't normally?

My lo had similar, doc advised do a lateral flow which was positive. She said the rash can be a COVID symptom in toddlers.

Not changed powder, but she had worn new clothes that had never been washed so maybe that could have irritated her. She generally does get reactions to anything other than Fairy but it doesn't usually look like dots like this.

She hasn't eaten anything different x

Heat rash? I have it all over at the moment my legs and feet at the moment as I'm sweating loads at night
