Tiny bump appeared a few weeks ago on 6 year old. It's on skin just above pubic area. Doesn't seem to be a blister as doesn't seem to be holding fluid. Thought it would go away but it hasn't. Not getting bigger, but not getting smaller either. Just wondering if anyone knows what it is.
